About Author Rick Lelchuk
In 2020, with a degree in psychology and 70 years of life experience, Rick wrote and presented a seminar series entitled Authentic Ageing – Suddenly a Senior. The seminar was designed to shift seniors points of view about ageing. Seniors who attended embraced new ways of thinking about their life and growing older, and seminar attendance was on an upswing. That was just before the pandemic.
For the next 5 years the seminar morphed into an unsuccessful online video course and then ultimately into book form you are now viewing.
It is Rick’s desire that you too are inspired with a positive and transformed point of view about the latter part of your life.
A Note from Rick: Why use the word “ageing” spelled like that? Both aging and ageing are proper use according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary. I’ve chosen to use the “ageing” spelling because it has the full word “age” in it. And, that's what we're talking about.
